Jack in the Box

Ok not sure if we were realy hingry but have not had Jack in the Box in a long time. The food was great. Ok service and atmosmos was ok.

I really don’t even like going to the Jack in the box by my house so I usually drive to a further one due to the ridiculous noise level from the employees… it makes no sense why they should be basically yelling and acting all crazy and singing and dancing to hip hop while we trying to eat our food and there is customers in drive thru seeing all this as well it’s just very childlike to me…. So I’ll continue to drive 15-20 min out of the way to get nice and courteous service

No answer at drive thru... was stuck in line with truck behind us. First truck in front served but hadgv no lights on in the dark. Drove past side window and was never addressed.

I went through the drive through tonight and ordered 4 tacos with no lettuce and a few other things I got home and saw I did not get my four tacos without lettuce.. I tried calling the store six times and no one would answer the phone. I am pretty disappointed as I payed for my food and I think it's pretty unfair that I did not receive the food I paid for.

Very seemingly confused working staff not organized or timely with customers. There were only 2 other customers along with us in the restaurant and it took for what seemed like forever to get our order taken and it seemed it took 10 to 15 minutes to get our food. My wife only likes pickles and ketchup on her food and when she got her sandwich it was loaded. Not a really pleasant visit
