Jack in the Box

I went to Jack in the Box at 11 PM yesterday and I ordered everything online didn’t take anything off the meal. Everything Was ordered as it was I get home with my meal. I got a double jack with a curly fry and a large Dr Pepper and hot mess loaded potato wedges. My burger was not a double jack. It was a single with Cheese at all, and then my potato wedges were plain we call up there after we figure this out and he’s saying that our Potato wedges said that we ordered the hot mess and took off everything when my receipt shows I didn’t take anything off of it.

Was given two of my 7 poppers that where just fried so go back to complain but the lady at the counter had had to do warmer inviting smile.I'm melted, got the effect across that they were fried and they completely remade motor and splace is one off place you go. Doesn't even carry enough change for hard working Americans to use their money. Had to drive away from a $25 order. On to whataburger. They'll take my hard earned american money.

Not bad, but service could be faster and the workers look like they hate their job. Probably a result of greedy management. Give your employees some hours

Ordered twice from them in the same week and twice they SCREWED up my order. So I then called to speak with manager today and a lady answered saying the manager is not available, (hardly believe her). Anyway I explained to her this was the 2nd time in 1 week they messed up my order and she immediately says "well accidents happen and we get busy". I say to her I understand restaurants get busy but that can't be an excuse each time they mess up and the least she could do is talk with her team to reinforce they slow down and pay closer attention to what they're doing. She has audacity to get upset, cut me off, and repeat herself about them being busy is the reason why. She was rude and disrespectful so I just hung up, and won't be ordering from here again.
