BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE SO RUDE ESPECIAL A LADY AND IF YOU GO AT NIGHT IS WORSEEE!!! I ORDED TACOS AND THEY GAVE ME NO MEAT AT ALL!!

I only ordered two Breakfast Jacks, yet I was told to pull forward and wait, which made no sense given how small my order was. The area they had me pull into was completely covered in ice, causing my car to slide. It felt like they were more concerned about keeping their drive-thru line moving than the safety of customers. If they expect people to wait in that area, it needs to be properly shoveled and safe.

This place seriously needs better management. Please hire someone who knows what they’re doing and does the job properly. It’s actually ridiculous the rules that has been suddenly enforced by the most unprofessional people. Another thing I had a very rude encounter with the employee named Zuleima she was very rude and I do not recommend her working in fast food at all.

Ordered 2 taco packs (which is 2 tacos per order) only got 2 tacos. Asked for unsweetened tea (no sugar!) and got a tea that had so much sugar that is was almost syrup. Chicken club sandwich had a 1 1.5 inch piece of bacon and a tomato that was about the same size. (Refer to photos to see) After sharing my issue with co workers I find that they have all had similar issues lately with Refusals to ever go back. Look at the reviews everyone! This place has a very bad leadership. They leave replies here but as you can see, they have had the same issues for years. Hire your team members and actually spend the time to train them. Get a lead that will actually care about the food and customers.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. The employee named Jaquelín was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude the entire time. She seemed annoyed just taking my order and acted like I was bothering her for asking simple questions. Customer service like that makes you not want to come back. Definitely needs some training on how to treat people respectfully.
