Jack in the Box

Ordered through the drive-thru and was asked to pull into the parking lot, where about 7 other cars were also waiting. Service ended up being faster than I expected, which was nice. Staff was friendly enough. Most of the food was served hot to warm, but the curly fries were cold. I also didn’t receive all of the extra ranch I paid for. Overall, decent experience but could be improved, especially with making sure fries are fresh and extras are included.

Not only did I have to pull forward for a small meal, but I was given zero sauces and zero napkins. The food is extra extra greasy this time too. I have tacos and egg rolls with no sauce at all, wouldn't recommend going back and probably never will lmao.

Employees lack the simplest competencies that even McDonald’s can maintain. Ranch is treated like The Prohibition era. The last three times I have came here my condiments and/or straws were forgotten or our food was either undercooked or over sauced. Just one time I would love for this place to surprise me by completing their end of our transaction. (providing what I paid for)

After placing my order and paying i was given my drink and sat at the window for a while. They didn't tell me to pull around front so I just sat there. The girl came back and gave me another total. I was confused by that so I said i already paid you. She was asking what items I got i told her I only got my drink. She then asked me to pull around to the front. Before I did i asked for taco sauce and ranch. She said it'll be in the bag. After almost 20 min from when I placed the order a girl comes out with the food. I asked her if there was sauce in the bag she said "I don't even know" and started walking away. I asked her for taco sauce and ranch after getting her attention since it wasn't in the bag. The service at this one is awful. Was given fries that was black. First lady tells us that they probably didn't change the grease out last night. The next lady with the replacement fries. She says oh that's just seasoning. It's not pepper. What is it? It's burnt on old who knows from old grease. They didn't try to make the problem right. We just threw the fries away. They also got people's orders wrong. They didn't even give us all our food. Also workers off duty shouldn't be allowed to just walk around in the back from off the street like it's there home. It was no point in fighting over it. We will never visit this one ever again. I'm sure they will not care. 2023 review update. I gave this place another chance.
