Walked in no chocolate malt but didnt tell me they had shakes i figured it out. Need more pleasant attitudes. Food fine. The medium shakes are not so tall. Good profit on them. Looked like a small size. Sorry! Important, Adding comment: However, this review is just based on my last visit. My previous visits to this location have been very good! They could upsize the shakes a little though. Just my opinion. Up to ones' discretion. 😊

It tastes like they use really old oil at this location to fry their food. Not a big fan, though sometimes they have good deals so I still go sometimes.

Dirty place gross never go there or come back🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢 i cant imagine how it can be inside the kitchen or bathroom 🤔

Food here is below par of other locations, but not my issue with the place. I ordered online, went to go pick up the order and was told by this girl in the drive-thru that they don't have my order, they never got my order, and that I should wait 5 minutes to see if the order would come in. I pull out of the drive-thru, park and wait for 5 minutes, 5 cars pull in, now I have wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I get back to the speaker and ask if they have gotten my order, she says no and that she can't do anything to help me. I had already paid for the order, I had the email receipt, I ask if I could show those to her and then I could get my food, she told me no. There is no way to cancel an order or start a dispute on the app so I was forced to go through my bank to dispute a jack in the b
