Jack in the Box

I rolled through late at night craving something greasy, and the curly fries totally hit the spot—crispy, salty, and just what I needed. The burger was kinda messy but packed with flavor, no complaints there. What bugged me, though, was how long the drive-thru took even with barely anyone in line, and the person at the window seemed like they were over it. Still, it’s fast food—you get what you come for, and I’ll probably end up there again next time I need a quick bite.

Really clean location and the whole ordering process is automated, which I liked a lot. You just use the touchscreen, pick what you want, pay right there, and you’re good to go. Super easy and fast. The food came out fresh and hot, and it was ready in about 5 minutes.

I love this jack in the box!!! Jorge was so accommodating, patient and thoughtful with my order. The manager Stefan took my order and Jorge was at the window. I also do food deliveries for my income and Christina is always available to help me use the bathroom and get some water.. its such a blessing to have this accommodation for my situation and car that doesn't have a/c. Also my driver window doesn't work and its such a miracle that I am able to use the restroom !!! Thank you so so much for these angels

Ordered #9 w/3 stuff jalapeños and milk tea boba lite ice.....hamburger was good but it had to much water dripping from lettuce....drink had too much ice, bobas too hard in the middle drink taste was good..stuff jalapeños where a crazy mess of a item...it seemed like they where reheated item hot outside and cold inside...had a paper thin shriveled up jalapeños.. hard chewy breading..cheese was a hard play-douh ball..and was burnt item inside....very disappointed for a $14.16 lunch

Was having an alright day when I came to this Jack in the box. The person who took my order, Angie made the experience very enjoyable and improved my day immesurably! She 100% deserves a promotion and the raise that comes with it. Thank you for the good laugh Angie!
