This jack in the box is not 24hrs I came by at 2:04am on a Saturday morning and the guy working said it’s closed because he’s the only person there and he was just twiddling his thumbs. just close it down! what is he even there for? He wasn’t even cleaning or anything this is very disappointing because it’s the only jack in the box in La Porte there wasn’t even a line for him to turn down customers. I’ve seen people run a fast food restaurant at night by themselves it’s not impossible there was no excuse just lazy put someone who wants to work night shift on night shift I’m calling corporate tomorrow morning
If I could give this place a negative star I would. I will let the pictures I took speak for themselves. Not to mention they NEVER EVER pick up the phone. And Yes the tacos are green and leaking brownish red grease. 🤮 All 8 tacos were like this. My son ordered a hamburger meal and it was cold and bread hard.
It always takes forever to get food here. The quality is not what it used to be to be. I ordered wedges and got not even close to a full order, and they were undercooked.
They do take a while to give you your food I went to the drive thru food is good I always ask for them to make it fresh
Wasted all this money on food thats covered in grease . 10 tacos and a large curly fry that had an arm hair in it . Also it was half empty . I just wanted edible food . Check out the pics jack in the box . Do better
