Jack in the Box

Ali is amazing. I had no idea that Jack in the box served breakfast all day even at 10:30 at night. He made sure I got all my questions answered and he was very polite and professional and I am just really wowed by his customer service and wonderful smile. I live in Everett and I get down here to lake Stevens maybe twice a year. I've never been here before but I am a fan. This is an experience that I would love to repeat

I ordered a sourdough jack combo. I waited behind one vehicle for 15 minutes. When I get to the window they handed me the wrong order. I said very politely that it wasn’t what I ordered and the cashier looked like she was dazed and confused and had to grab a gentleman to assist as she didn’t even know what a sourdough jack was. He was able to provide what I ordered but when I went to eat it, it was not warm and frankly disgusting. $15.00 for a combo and it wasn’t even correct with barely anyone at the restaurant. I can understand if they were busy, but they weren’t . I def won’t be returning. Do better Jack in the box. Worst Jack in the box I’ve ever encountered.

I come here because it’s within walking distance of my work. I try not to have issues with people because as a service worker I get it, but I also believe in good customer service. I have had several instances where my drink has been forgotten and have been given attitude if I ask for my drink cup. The food is messy as if thrown together and they have never been busy when I have gone in to justify food being thrown together like that.

ordered a vanilla shake with boba and instead received milk tea boba. wouldnt be such a big issue if the boba wasnt rock hard, clearly not cooked and completely inedible. also asked for no taco sauce on 4 tacos which youd think is a reasonable request yet they added it on all 4. just really bad service all around :(

Tried the Spicy Chicken Strips. I was sadly not impressed. The flavor was not good. There was no depth to the flavor. Compare the spice flavor in Wendy's Chicken Nuggets or Sandwich. Both have a good heat levell but also have a good depth of flavor. It's hard to describe as I am not a professional chef. But if you taste both I would rather eat a Wendy's Spicy Chicken Nugget box anytime over the chicken tender item from Jack In The Box
