Jack in the Box

When I came, they forgot 2 sandwiches in my order, but when I went back after 45 minutes, they still remembered me and my order and helped me! They made me fresh sandwiches AND gave me fresh fries! The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and kind. I’ll be back for sure

I was pleasantly surprised my Ultimate Breakfast combo was good. Coffee was hot and strong, too. The sandwhich was well assembled separating the two slices of cheese, two layers of egg, 2 slices bacon and ham. No condiments added or required. Flavorful eggs and cheese. I put the hashbrown in half of the sandwhich for a texture crunch. For $8.18 + tax, I was satisfied with freshness, taste and value. Picture s always make the sandwhich large, but I was not disappointed.

Outrageous!! Never in my 20 years of eating Jack in the Box have I had an experience as unpleasant as this. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and 2 sour dough jacks. And the 3rd chicken sandwich had too much pepper on it!!!!!! Distasteful! I’m never coming back to this location again and my kids will NEVER take another bite of this “food”. Have fun going bankrupt because you can’t make sandwiches correctly.

This is THE WORST jack in the box. Every other JB would let you make a chicken sandwich w melted cheese and they dont. They wont even sell u a $3 mozz stick individually even tho its meant to be sold that way you have to get it in the box. They never accomodate or anything. Terrible place.

I went to the Jack in the Box down the street from my home at 7741 N El Capitan Way, Las Vegas, NV 89143- Store #: I did not get a receipt, but I do have proof that I made a purchase at 9:33a in the amount of $11.24 (verification via photo of my account it went through at the time my debit card was used). We ordered 2 Oreo milkshakes and 2 donut holes. Once home, we were enjoying our Oreo shakes and I realized that my cup looked odd. Looking closer, I find that it's two cups! The inside cup was BROKEN! Instead of making a new one or pouring it into a non-broken cup, they put it inside the other. This is unacceptable! This plastic cup, that was sliced open in two areas, could have severely injured someone. If a piece of the cup had broken off into the shake and been sucked up into mouth, es
