Jack in the Box

Restaurant ordering experience was great. Ordered 4 tacos that were as expected... Ordered a drink which was as expected.... Ordered 2 Jumbo Jack burgers on SOURDOUGH The SOURDOUGH on the burgers had the oil/butter on them but we're in no way toasted or grilled.... maybe they were warmed up but definitely NOT TOASTY. This changes the flavor of the whole burger. I was very displeased. I looked up the location of this restaurant on Google... the town in which I purchased the order was Corrigan, TX, however, Google has the location as Livingston, TX which is quite a few miles south of Corrigan. I called the # for the store that Google listed.... it was UNAVAILABLE. NOT HELPFUL and very frustrating. I have NEVER had this happen EVER at a Jack in the box. Food was amazing the gentleman that took my order was very nice and helpful only downside waited about 10+ min to finally get to order besides that amazing for my first time eating at Jack in the box definitely going to be eating it more

Very rude. The older white woman with the grey hair and the stud girl ignored me standing at the counter to order for atleast 5-8 minutes. They looked me directly in my face. They never acknowledged me until a white man walked after me to order.

Every time we go here they close at night. Talk to manager she say she go fix it but I have to drive 28 min from Chester to be closed just shut the store down drive thru also closed I'll add video and pic later. Sorry general manager and manager the owner can't no this is happening losing profits.

Places closes at 10pm but really they close at 920-9:30. Doors will be locked while staff just look at you
