Jack in the Box

I have to give a shout out to Amanda and the other associate tonight. I’ve had good and bad experiences at this Jack in box these two employees went above and beyond. I had to ask the lady to add to the order. I apologize she was nice and patient and I told her I didn’t mind waiting. She said there was only two of them tonight. They had about three good size orders at once and the lady apologized that it might be a minute. I said no that’s fine. They did amazing got our food It was good and It was hot. the service was phenomenal. I really hope that these employees get a raise and management makes it to where they keep them. Good employees are hard to find.

I appreciate the late night drive-thru! There are so few available post-pandemic. Often the late night drive-thru doesn't include in the bags the different sauces requested on mobile orders. I'm a repeat customer and this happens, realistically, 2/3's of the time; even when, at the pick-up window after asking, I've been told that all the sauces are in the bag. It's very frustrating to later find there's no syrup for your breakfast item, or no taco sauce for your mini-tacos, ketchup for fries, or sweet n sour sauce for your egg rolls, etc. The sauce completes the food ordered. A mobile order has EVERYTHING listed out, INCLUDING the sauces, so they don't even need to remember what a customer said verbally. They just need to COMPLETELY fill the order shown in front of them on their system.

I have been to this establishment 3 times in the past month and a half. All three, they have gotten my order wrong by adding or removing condiments to my food. I have yet to be greeted by a friendly worker and on Christmas Eve (granted a time where they were slammed and only had online ordering) my fiancée and I went through the drive thru and was “greeted” by a worker who said something along the lines of not being happy that we wanted to order. My first times ever going to a Jack In The Box, and they all were poor experiences.

Ordered our food, was told to pull forward and wait. Employees just sat in the back talking as cars piled up behind us. Waited for 30 minutes to get our food just for the employee to come out and ask us what we ordered and then go back in for another 15 minutes. Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant on Watson. Save your money and go to Quick Trip next door and grab yourself a 4 hour old Hotdog on a dried out bun. You'll get better service.

If there was ever a J in the B that all others should model themselves after, it's this location!! The fellas working there are always super kind and smiling, the food is always hot and fresh, but most importantly, YOUR ORDER IS ALWAYS CORRECT!!! Every other location in town should be sending their employees here to learn from guys that know how to do it and do it right!!!
