Jack in the Box

Came to eat while traveling back home and took over 50 minutes to get our food which is weird considering it was an empty lobby. Workers just stared at customers coming in waiting for their orders to be taken without even saying nothing. Had one young guy that seen the customers and just walked past them like they weren’t there. When asked if our food was almost done he was upset about it and said “WE WORKING ON IT” considering we waited 50 minutes already. Young guy just went and hid in the back while customers were still waiting for their orders to be taken. I hope this place gets better trained workers here.

Do not come here. It’s dirty, employees do not care at all about service. Food is not great. They will give you old food like cold cold fries it’s bad. I sat for 15 min at the menu board ready to order and they made me wait trapped while they “got some orders out” can’t pull forward can’t reverse. Real nice. Then the food is bad? That’s insult to injury seriously. Just say no to Jack

Came here on feb 2 at 11pm. Being not busy and hardly no customers. The food could came out fresh and hot but instead came out warm and sitting in the hot box. Never again will i stop by here. Do better at hiring those that wanna work thank u.

The order I got was wrong, also given no drink. Tried to tell the manager working and she just ignored and gave an ugly look. Than politely told one of the workers who finally attended me that my food was wrong. He took it back and gave me back the food minutes later, the burger was mushed up and the bacon was raw. I did come after midnight I will say but it’s no excuse for the service and food quality. If the service quality is determined by the hour there is no need to be 24/7. To top it all off the lobby was a mess with no condiments out. An all around terrible experience and a true 1 star deserving food spot. Would recommend the owner to try out the spot themselves anytime after midnight.

The food was great, but the service was terrible. Besides being incredibly slow, the cashier should find another job; she was very rude and always in a bad mood.
