Jack in the Box

I ordered a jack spicy chicken with grilled onions and 2 tacos but I didn’t get the grilled onions on the burger and the tacos are served sloppy. Proceeds to not follow the order 2 nights in a row

Worst experience ever with this location I ordered from food worth $40 and was disappointed very disappointed the food wasn’t good at all has very bad old test. The food was greasy and nasty. Taste really bad. I live in Modesto the over there their service is great and the food really enjoyable.

I’m not the type of person to leave a bad reviews but MAN. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this jack in the box and both times I waited 30+ mins for my food when there was only 1-2 other customers there and both times my burger was not seasoned. The first time I went I spent 45 mins waiting because they gave me the wrong order TWICE (keep in mind the drive through was NOT busy) I’m sure there’s a reason, maybe they’re understaffed or are getting a lot of online orders but MAN this sucked.

We ordered two ultimate double cheese burgers, they were great. There lack on the customer services, we got to the counter, and called out for services, and all the other workers just looked at us without saying anything at all. Yes I understand that they are all busy, but least say "we'll be right there with you and mlment.."

I love this location. Their breakfast burritos are terrific. I do; however, get them with just cheese and egg. My dad thinks they are the only place in town that can make a shake and I’d have to agree. Give it a try!
