Jack in the Box

Been coming to this Jacks for over 30 years. Today I placed an online order to pick up through drive through. I understandably had to wait for what was probably 20 minutes so they might have been busy. When I get to the window a lady with a blonde bun (I will get her name) was at the drive through window. She took about 5 minutes to help and tried to charge me for an order. I reminded her I was an online order so she grabbed my items that were already ready and handed them to me. This is where things turn, I asked for Good Good Sauce and BBQ Sauce and she said “everything is already in the bag”. When I started to check she then handed me 3 Sauces packets for 8 burgers. I asked for some more so THEN SHE SHUTS THE WINDOW ON ME and begins to ignore me. I honked trying to get her attention b

It’s late night had to go drive through real quick after a session at the studio. When I do get fast food I like to come here as the options are limited after 11 PM over here. It was between Carls Jr. & Jack in the box. I end coming up here. They are open 24/7 hours everyday through drive thru. Please park and come to extension pick up window after hours For online orders & deliver order pick up Mini Chibi bangs $4.50 Jack fan favs box $10 Munchies Under $4

They need to hire more competent workers. I asked if their salad had spinach because I’m highly allergic, to which they said no. I order the salad COMBO and to my surprise not only did I not get the combo meal, but the salad had spinach. I asked for spicy crispy chicken and got grilled chicken. Not to mention the girl working the drive through had such a nasty attitude and face.

My husband and I stop and eat at Jack in The box will mainly go through the drive-thru at least maybe once a month ! What are the managers that works here is very rude and nasty towards the customers especially towards my husband ! A lot of times are orders are wrong and will they come back around to tell them like a lot of times they have refused to replace or refund things that we ordered so I think that somebody should look into what's going on at this Jack in the box

Ordered food for pick up. What I got was good, but over half the order was missing. A chicken sanwich, two orders of fries and all the condiments were not included in the SEALED bag. Tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I don't have a car and am disabled so yeah.... 2 people are not eating for a while while we come up with another plan.
