Jack in the Box

food was nice and hot and my order was right. i ordered online so i got my food pretty fast. employee was nice!

We arrived about 9 pm to our nearby hotel and needing a bite to eat we walked over to this nearby JitB. We walked in and approached the counter. Before we could place our already known order, we were told the inside counter was closed and we'd have to use the drive through. I said we were already here and we were going to have to exit either way so could they take our order. Nope, you have to order at drive through. Well I want going to walk back to the hotel just to get my vehicle pulling a trailer and come back and try to maneuver through the drive through. Even if I wasn't towing I wouldn't come back. I told him that. When I walked out the doors we weren't coming back. It didn't phase him, he didn't care, he didn't want our money obviously and wanted me to give him a negative review

I tried the Double Jack with fries. The burger was very good with a surprising amount of salad, the fries were also okay. My only point of criticism is the small sachets for the ketchup. A dispenser would make more sense here and produce less waste.

The service was excellent, especially thanks to the employee working the drive-thru window — the one wearing the dark red durag. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, and really stood out through his kindness and professionalism. Because of him, we actually came back again — that’s how much of a positive impression he made! Compared to other Jack in the Box locations, this one truly stands out. You feel genuinely welcome here, and it’s clear that great customer service makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be returning!

They wouldnt serve their customer after a certain hour, also limiting certain food after a certain hour. Which is ridiculous. Unlike KFC they were amazing, so recommend KFC in page.
