Why have a carry out option if they're gonna lock themselves in? I ordered ahead because i have a short lunch but they had the drive through line stopped and doors locked the dude inside did not seem worried about orders at all then after about 35 minutes in line i finally got my food. The other person that was supposed to be helping was more worried about cleaning so they could leave i guess. While they're was ppl waiting for over 30 minutes

Came in this morning to pick up an Uber Eats order and noticed the guy who was preparing the food bare handing all the meat and cheese while preparing people orders , would not recommend coming to this location or at least look through the small opening to see if they have gloves on

I swear every time I come to this location they forget to put at least 1 item in the bag this morning they forgot 2 hash browns last time they forgot a whole meal. When I went back last time they tried to make it seem like I was stealing from them by asking for the food I paid for this morning im not even going back for 5 bucks worth of hashbrowns they probably need them more than me any way. I would just skip this location employees are rude and not well trained enough to make sure people get what they paid for. The food I did get was decent tho I guess lol

Service was fast, food was pipping hot. I honestly haven't had a good ff burger in awhile, so this was nice. Little too much mayo, and I didn't get my taco sauce but I left very satisfied. Exceptional you guys.

rude overnight manager she hung up on me before i could explain i wanted buttermilk sauce for uber eats order i did online she automatically disrespect me by saying you would have to go to the drive-through if she would’ve just heard me out she would know it was a uber eats order drive and the new Saucy, wedges are horrible i will post picture after
