Jack in the Box

Came inside to pick my order that I placed online and ended up dining there. The employees were very nice and polite (june 19th, 9pm). I had a little tiny teeny issue with my online order, and they were able to resolve it. The restaurant was clean, there were other diners inside, our food was fresh and there was cool electronic dance music playing (Kygo, Rufus du Sol, etc). If it was louder, we'd start dancing haha Great experience 5 stars for the music alone 👍

I ordered online for pickup on 12/9, and when I got home I realized some stuff was missing. I went back about 10 minutes later, and the staff seemed suspicious. The manager even swore she packed everything herself. I offered to show them my bag, but anothet man just said, "that won't work on me, I just clocked in." The guy just left without saying anything and came back 5 minutes later with our missing items with an attitude. The manager that day was an older blonde woman. I really hope they get more staff and some better training.

I live across the water and always hit up this jack in the box once I'm off the ferry! 🇨🇦 The manager, Holly, is so awesome. Really good with people and brings a good atmosphere! I don't ever sit in fast food, but this place is always clean! Always friendly! I see all the hard work the crew puts in, too. Stay awesome! And I'll see you next time! 🕺🎉

Super good food, but jack in the box always has an atmosphere that has one druggie at least. So good but odd.

It's fast food, so four stars is because it's not the healthiest choice for food, HOWEVER if you eat here, the service is great, the wait is minimal, and the staff is friendly and really do the best they can.
