Jack in the Box

This location in Portland is so nice! Everything is brand new & updated. I especially love the lighting and all the new fixtures. Rayleigh is super awesome! I’m not sure if she’s a manager, but she definitely should be. She fixed our order last night and was incredibly kind about it. We really appreciated her help, especially since great customer service is so rare to find these days. Thank you, Rayleigh!

Very disappointing experience, perhaps I should have went in instead of getting deliverery so I could have had them fix it. My BACON ultimate cheeseburger had no bacon or the grilled onions I added or mustard, patties were very dry, all around sad burger. My large curly fries were barely half full and my three piece jalapeno poppers were missing one so I only had a two piece.

After talking up Jack in the Box to my wife, I was severely disappointed. We waited in line for an hour for two tacos a burger and some nuggets. The employee had the worst attitude and we still tried to remain positive just for the fries tacos and burger to all be cold. So confused, this is not at all how i remember it. Will never come back to this location. Please don’t waste your time because they will.

Don't waste your time.You will wait forever for sub-par food and horrible service. Will not return to this location a 3rd time. First time i got tacos fried in old grease that were lukewarm and tasted as if they were left over from lunch. Tonight i ordered Jumbo Jacks with Cheese and they have nothing on them but meat and cheese on the wrong type of bun. No Sauce, No veggies and patty was treated like it was a smash burger which i hate. Worst Jack experience ever from a store that's only been open a few months. No excuses all fault lies on the employees cause Jack In The Box makes great food usually

On October 28, 2025 we went through the drive-thru (they locked the inside for some reason) and waited an entire HOUR in line. Since we were in a car and unable to hop the curb to get out of line, it was terrible. Once we got to the window, our order still WAS NOT ready. They asked us to park in a spot and our food would be brought out to us. After 15 minutes we went to the side window and they ignored us. WE ENDED UP LEAVING WITHOUT OUR FOOD after waiting almost 1.5 hours. Jack in the Box does not have a corporate number to call and make a report and the app isn’t updated to include this location for a complaint either.
