Jack in the Box

If I had the choice to not give it any stars I wouldn't.. extremely rude employees got my orders wrong. It's 9 min to get to this establishment to get our food wrongly done. We asked for the bacon combos plain and dry specifically said add meat cheese bacon that's it so they could still get it wrong. Went back them still the employee comments we were wrong and the order was complicated. Sad to say as an understanding customer we were still being doubted. Don't ever go back to this establishment.. very disappointed customer just trying to have dinner with her kid

Every time my husband and I come here in the evening the employee say welcome to Jack in the Box then says please wait…then we are waiting for a long time…then we are like hello? Then she says just one moment? Then I’m like there’s no one here but one car ahead of us…..🤦🏽‍♀️ So we just leave….maybe Corporate can come correct this concern…..

We ordered a large Double Jack combo with curly fries, two tacos and a sourdough Jack combo with curly. First red flag was when we received our bag of food the bag was torn and wrinkled up as if it was dropped. When we got home the fries were old and stale as if they were sitting out for a long time. The fries looked like the they were the left over crumbs at the bottom of the warmer. The tacos were soggy and did not have any crispness to them. Both burgers had a funny taste to them like as if the patties have been around some kind of bad oil or just been left on the grill for a while. I hope we don't get sick.

whoever is working the shift at 5 am, keep doing what you’re doing! he is fantastic and provides great customer service; food is cooked just right too!

The establishment was very clean and orderly. Service was very pleasant and the food was hot and fresh. My wife and I love coming here for a meal and relax
