Jack in the Box

I said I’d never return after the tacos were so dry- perhaps reheated too long or too much. But I returned and I luv the boba teas and their hamburgers! I also love their egg rolls but they were out of them! How are you 1 of the only places open 24 hours in Kyle and be out of egg rolls!!?? Also very slow drive thru service not so much in taking your order but in getting it ready. The new window staff is friendly. They have improved their tacos … not as dry but they really need to up their game. Only Mc Donald’s and whataburger are open late so they don’t have much competition to allow so much slacking. They need to have all food in stock at all hours! Also I tried the teriyaki bowl and was disappointed on how little rice and good it actually contained… it was so small. Bummed!

We got the Monster Mozzarella Sticks that were $3 dollars EACH, and yet we only got 1 mozzarella stick per purchase. The service was absolutely terrible, and the Drive-Thru Cashier would leave the headset in the middle of our order. Once we were handed our order, we thanked the cashier as its good manners and he wouldn't even give a simple "You're welcome" or any indication of a response.

The food is really good. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger. In the doggy bag, too many dipping sauces and tissues. ( good service) But the attitude of the staff makes me feel angry. I showed my order on my phone. The girl asked me to wait, but I saw my name on the bag. I told them this order and showed the bill on the phone. But they didn't believe, and I showed my name on the app After that, they gave me the bag and didn't say anything. Just look at me - in the really weird way. At least, they should say something after misunderstanding with me? Huh??????? I'm a customer to buy food, or I begged them to give me food? This is the way the staff should be to customers?

I came in a couple of days ago and was given exceptional service by a young lady named Amy! She needs a raise!!! However, I noticed the hours changed which is awfully unsafe for your employees especially with all those drunk kids on the square!!! Amazing. I will not be returning until Jack in the Box starts to care about their employees safety!!! This is not okay!!!

The food was good. Service was also good when I picked up my order. The dining room needed to be cleaned a bit - the high top table bar had some trash on it that sat there for at least 15 minutes while I ate at a nearby table. Someone came around and finally picked it up, but didn't wipe down that table.
