Jack in the Box

Had to edit my review since I gave this establishment another shot and now my boba vanilla shake didn't had any whipped cream? I asked the guy about it and he said they don't come with whipped cream?? Like every single photo it clearly shows the whipped cream 😐 First time I went they didn’t have half of the menu available, and the second time I order a oreo shake and it was missing my cherry 🥲

I’ve been to this Jack in the Box many times since it’s the closest one to me, but the food quality has been really disappointing. The fries are horrible — always hard, stale, and never fresh. On my last visit, my wife’s Breakfast Jack even came without any ham. I actually like Jack in the Box overall, but this location really needs to improve consistency and attention to detail.

I grew up only miles from Jack in the Box headquarters in San Diego. It was a staple for the family, and we often dropped by for a treat walking home from school. So excited they finally made it to northern Utah, and now only miles from new home. Had to go snag some tacos! And don't forget to order those burgers plain and ask for Secret Sauce!!!! Soft Opening was great. Party time starts Monday!!! Though it's been decades without JIB after moving from San Diego, it's here now! Thrilled. JIB used to have the absolute best shakes - no longer the case but the menu had expanded in so many ways since yesteryear. Many great options. Let me tell you, Nathan and Lucas had the best customer service that I could’ve asked for. Nathan was very professional and made sure that my order was correct multiple times. Lucas on the other hand informed me that they were cooking my food fresh so it would be a little longer than usual. Did it really take that long though? No, he had my food out within 2 minutes tops. As well, he offered me a variety of sauces to go with my meal without me asking. Customer service from both of them were absolutely phenomenal. Will definitely be going back.

Nice place and excellent hamburgers. Note that the management has changed; they are now faster and friendlier.
