Jack in the Box

I ordered two garlic fries, water, and a regular sized drink. The total was almost $13.00. The amount of fries we got with each item was ridiculously minimal. The amount of fries we received were about the same amount you'd receive in a McDonald's Happy Meal. There was barely any garlic sauce on the fries. We didn't receive the correct requested condiments. It was really a rip off. I will never go here again.

I ordered a munchies box #1 they gave me the wrong type of fries and #2!!!!! There was mold on my BURGER!! Definitely check your food before eating 🤢🤢

The cashier was absolutely disrespectful and rude. Her name tag said Jessica but the receipt said Maritza . She messed up the order and when we tried to flag her down she decided to open the window aggressively and said we need to wait because CLEARLY she's taking an order. Then I tried to explain the mix up because my boyfriend does not like to inconvenience anyone and she told me to be quiet and let him talk. Not only will it be my last time there but management needs to get that under control before it becomes a bigger issue. If you don't like your job then go find another one. You messed up while placing the order and you want to come off passive aggressive and disrespectful to the customer. This is not how you run a business!!!!

I placed the order on the app and received a 20% off my order. I called regarding a question and was very surprised they answered and were very polite. Picked up my order without any problems. Food was hot, individually wrapped and bagged for each person. I ordered the chicken tenders, which I devoured, food and fries were hot and very tasty. I highly recommend. Great customer service and great food.

Drive thru cashier was also the person who walked out the food. Good memory for the number of people waiting for their food. Some parts of the order was cold
