How can this location be so consistently bad over several years? JITB is my favorite, but this location consistently serves undercooked, sad representations of what the brand advertises. I deeply regret ordering food from this location. So disappointing. This is supposed to be a sourdough jack.
Ordered tacos no hot sauce got hot sauce :/ it’s important when ordered like that because kids don’t like spicy, also was charged for two ranch dips we did not receive so the whole order even though just tacos was messed up

They were actually fast and food was hot. In the past at night they were very slow but i'm guessing me employees. And they are efficient.
This burrito (Meat lover burrito) was soooooo good; ham, sausage, egg and a mild salsa roja made my breakfast a nice experience, fast service as well. Top
