Jack in the Box

I have been going to this location for a while and I don’t know why in some cases people would have their issues when it came for ordering, I recently had the #12 combo before and a Oreo shake and it tasted good in my opinion. I would say it’s a good place but there needs to be more teamwork and for keeping it clean without people feeling disgusted.

I frequent this location and I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service. Alex is always friendly and efficient. Always says hello and makes sure my order is correct. I appreciate the team at this location!! Edit. I would like to acknowledge Alin for her excellent customer service. She is so friendly and fast!

As a doordasher, getting a drink carrier was a huge plus for multiple drinks. The downside was that I ended up waiting for 10 minutes in the drive through with no line. People were kind tho!

Soda machine was flat and mixture was off, was gross. Workers wouldn't fix it. Won't give you any napkins or dipping sauce

There was a bug in 1 of my tacos. Nauseating and disturbing. A full refund was honored, but I will not be returning. Oh, and they might close 10 minutes earlier than their close time. Heads up.
