Jack in the Box

Pretty bad when the shakes were warm and not good at all. The food was all cold and the fries you could tell were re dipped into oil to warm up. As a customer service manager and food worker of 18 years I know what I'm tasting and expecting of a fast food restaurant and the evening I went here was horrible. To top it off when I tried to take it all back I was told they couldn't do anything about it. My experience in that industry the customer comes first and that is not at all how I was treated or served.

Great wraps/affordable. They dont seem to listen about extra item's requested like sauce's or napkins and the order is often short an item paid for. Still a good deal.

Very bad service and attention I got to buy and the gentleman who was attending did not want to sell me for the simple fact that I spoke to him through a translator he is a bald man with glasses so that they know who he is and by the way he was rude he saw my window when I was talking to him. Why do they have that kind of people working if they are not going to provide good customer service if they are supposed to be paying him for that

Drive thru was a mess. The lady attendant was rude. The breakfast sandwich was sub par. Not coming back. The experience, food, and service...the math doesn't add up for what I'm paying. Pass.

I came for a delivery pickup. The location was easy to find, and the place was clean. Overall, a standard JACK IN THE BOX experience.
