Jack in the Box

Order for munchie meals wrong and food cold! Made both order same instead of my double regular fries on one munchie meal. Would leave zero stars if were an option

Jack-in-the-Box on Lander, Blonde lady with glasses is excellent customer service and hustles fast- hard worker!! But today a Lydia was rude, not friendly and ignored me. Also my coffee was not hot & other customers were complaining about soda machine & ice machine not working.

Compared to the other Jack in town they have way better curly fries. They are always kind and quick at this Jack in the box. My fav holiday go to as their open 24-7

Very disappointed, the cheese sticks were all stuck together and still fried.. Are employees trained right ? I dish know I can take my own order 😂😂

I get that it’s fast food and won’t always be great, I fully understand that, however, don’t get breakfast here, tried to eat a hash brown this morning and when I bit into it my mouth was filled with old grease. Absolutely sickening, I will likely spend the rest of my day nauseous feom that one bite because it was enough grease (old grease) to fill a quarter cup inside of one little hash brown. I wonder if that is just how they like them or if they really just can’t be bothered to let the grease drain for a moment before serving it to you. No one cares about their job anymore? Kids today will never know decent work ethic, it’s always “I don’t get paid enough”. AND YOU NEVER WILL WITH THAT ATTITUDE.
