Jack in the Box

This was hands down the WORST fast food experience I have had in years! ALL of my food was cold AND incorrect, they wouldn’t remake it, they tried to make me double pay, the employees at the window (yes you read that right employees plural just to hand out food) were so visibly intoxicated it was embarrassing, you could smell them from your car, they were extremely rude, unprofessional, unsanitary, and they lack complete basic knowledge required to preform their job. To top it all off you can’t even get someone to answer the phone so you can speak with a manager, I called 4 times and every time I got sent to voicemail.

While Jack in the Box is usually great, my most recent order contained mold on the bottom bun of my ultimate breakfast sandwich. This may be a one-off occurrence; however, I feel obligated to alert the public and restaurant of this mishap. I hope this is the last time this happens

I dont know how to say this, as nitpicky as i am with restaurants. This jack in the box just makes good cheap food and ive never had a complaint with their customer service. The double smash jack is my favorite, the fries, tacos, churros, its all so good.

Went through the drive-through the guy taking our order didn’t sound like he even wanted to be there at zero personality. When we got to the window, they seemed fine and smiling. We ordered two large curly fries as you can see in the pictures. They filled the bottom of the fry boxes with regular fries and topped it off with a few curly fries to make it look like we got large curly fries. Extra curly fries didn’t get curly fries except for a few. The curly fries that we have I feel like they just didn’t want to make fresh fries for us because that was probably too much work for them. We will never be back to this establishment again. I tried to call and it just gave me a this cellular. Customer is not available at this time message. Updated: I returned the food and the manager was very nic

The staff told us that we couldn't order tacos because they had to "thaw" them out- which I know isn't true. Then they wouldn't even take our order while we were sitting at the speaker trying to order. We sat there for 20 minutes stuck in traffic backed up not even being able to order! Liars, unfriendly and a waste of time to try to order from here. This is the second time this week we tried to stop by to get some junk tacos. 🙄
