Jack in the Box

Great food. Good service. Outstanding price on the Munch Better Deal Meal. Very, very disappointing that the self-serve soda machine has been removed. Multiple delicious sodas are a big part of my fast-food experience and I hope Jack will reconsider this terrible decision.

Last night we got churros after midnight and there was no complaints as good and tonight we went there after midnight all we wanted is we went to Jack in the box and she said that the troll machine is broken. I didn’t know if there was a specific m Machine? last night we got our stuff you with a soda is like a flat flat fly and it tastes like Dr Pepper and then today you only go there cause it’s open late and we work late but yeah it’s a pain in the butt and you know you’re gonna go there or something anything wrong or gross

Forgot the bacon on the burger and was milkshake machine was out, was told itd be 5-10 minutes and they would bring it out so we waited... 15-20 minutes go by and we had to go in and ask about it again Food was meh but employees were nice, better than some other places

Worst ran Jack in the Box..missed up my drive thru order twice. Got home wrong order in the bag. The burger was supposed to be plain. Everything was on it, wrong drink…drove all the way back to the store told him that it was the wrong order. They acted like it was my fault and started going off in Spanish, which I didn’t understand. Everyone just standing around one guy kneeling down in the register on his phone. No one paying attention refuse to redo my order. All they did was replace the cheeseburger. Everything else was cold in the bag. I feel bad for the franchise owner that has to deal with this Might want to retrain your employees also customer service

Food comes fast, everytime im there. They are pretty nice there.
