I would like to actually give a negative star there manager Alejandra from morning shift is a disrespectful manager and you would think if she is a manager she would have the ability to provide an excellent customer service this is a repetitive thing for her she dismisses you and shuts drive thru window on customers before they have a chance to ask for any sauces. Not only that i got food poisoning because the food she gave me was raw definitely will look into calling the health department on them.

Went through the drive through this morning... ordered a TERIYAKI power bowl and a breakfast burrito. Requested cups of salsa and salt. Was told they don't have salsa, ok just salt. What we got... a fajita power bowl, a burrito with salsa no salt. Ok... Go inside and get told what I got was the teriyaki power bowl. The sauce is different. No... this is the fajita, I asked for the teriyaki bowl, it should have teriyaki sauce on it, it's in the name. No I'm wrong, power bowl is only the fajita bowl (should have taken the picture of the menu that showed power bowls, original teriyaki and new fajita) anyways after being told several times that I ordered the wrong item and the teriyaki bowl isn't the same thing blah blah blah they finally just made me a teriyaki bowl, grabbed salt on my way

Just look at the picture. Sad chicken sandwich. Barely any sauce Two ends of a tomato Barely any lettuce Double cheese At least the fries and service was good. But if I made a sandwich I’d be embrassed to let it go out like this. The place was empty too. I have been here a few times and this makes me wary of going back.

Jack in the box is way too expensive for the low level of service I've been getting the past year. The quality of food and service is getting worse, costumer service always seems over their job and THEY ARE SOOOO SLOW! No matter how far in advance I order I'm ALWAYS waiting for so long if it's more than 1 item. My order today sealed it, I'm done coming here.

Franchise owner and managers should be embarrassed! Card system was down, no signs, found out when tried to order… is what it is. Ice wasn’t working. Literally every table inside was dirty. My fries were almost still raw! Bathroom reminded me of a truck stop near Portland! At 1340, after lunch rush…. At least 5 employees working with no customers, but no one bothered to be cleaning lobby! Pissed off at the prices vs atmosphere! Absolutely no pride anymore!
