Jack in the Box

This place will make you feel you're ordering something at 1AM in the morning when it's only 6PM in the evening. Came here to grab a bite to-go for dinner. We were told by the lady employee leaving to order at the kiosk since it was just two guys in the back. Our order of two burgers took fifteen minutes, and the sides were wrong. When we brought it up to the employee, he could not give any less of a damn. It wasn't even 7 o'clock and the guy was acting like we came in during the graveyard shift. No 'Sorry, we'll fix that for you', just wordlessly took the fries from my hand, tossed them into the garbage, and casually filled up the curly ones I wanted. Like dude. My man. My guy. Bro. Made us place our order through the kiosk even though no one was in line. After some people came in they took their order while we were still struggling to place our large order. No cheese on tacos, we didn’t receive our fries but she kept arguing that they were in our bag. Manager was unprofessional and tacky. When I asked for her name she refused. Horrible service and will be reporting her.

Its ridiculous it doesnt matter what time we go!!! No matter what we order or how much we order. It always take them over 30 minutes to give us our food!!! And always only have 3 people working during rush hour either lunch or dinner!!! I can even go in between "rush hour" to hopefully get my order faster and same thing it take over 30 minutes to get our food!!!

Food was good, can't say fast but not real slow either. Not many people working which is sad since there was plenty of orders. Tables needed cleaned after each person. Still love the food at Jack in the Box!

Showed up at 20m until closing... No one answered the drive through. Do I called and asked if they're open, the young woman on the phone said "um we close in 10 minutes". I get it, I've had to close down kitchens too, it sucks to get a late order. Doesn't mean you don't take it.
