Jack in the Box

Not a great experience. We decided on going the drive through, we were the only car, and it took some time to get our food. The food didn't looked cooked. The hash browns were oily and mushy, the croissant had no color to it. The French toast sticks tasted old and the breakfast jack hardly had anything in it. We ended up tossing the food, what a waste of money.

This store is usually ran by teens and young adults but lets give it up for them because they usually have my food exactly correct and its always hot but sometimes the tacos... come on guys like yall skimp on those HARD like I got a shell and cheese onetime no meat at all... wha?! But it was late and the crew was hit hard they probably were out or mad and tired 😆

I’ve lived in this area for over 15 years and have always had good experiences at Jack in the Box #1194—until my recent visit with Julia M. Unfortunately, her attitude and service were extremely unprofessional. From the start, she had a noticeably unpleasant attitude. I had to repeat my order three times: a #6 with light lettuce, no pickles, a Coke medium meal with curly fries. Despite that, my order was still wrong—I was given a Dr. Pepper instead of a Coke, and the curly fries were barely curly (only two fries in the box fit that description). When I politely mentioned my drink was incorrect, it felt like I was inconveniencing her. While placing my order, Julia sighed multiple times and gave short responses, which made the experience uncomfortable. At the window, her facial expressions

I work from home. Placed a mobile order for the two Chicken Supreme the promo. Picked up my order, got home did not included the cheese, I called no one answer. Had to go back waste my lunch for cheese. Instead of making new ones they just added cheese. Came back home gave me yellow cheese. These promos are not cheap.

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to the Ladies and gentlemen at this drive-thru I stop here at least two times a week and they are always willing to make suggestions they always have a smile and are efficient. The area outside can feel a bit busy and rough at first glance, but the team is incredibly welcoming and the service is top-notch.
