Very very good hole in the wall style Chinese cuisine. We came in with a 12 person party at 3:30 am and we were served promptly with a smile. 20% included gratuity for the large party but whatever, the food was delicious. I got the Szechuan Chicken and everything was made with fresh ingredients and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Hot tea was delicious, and we all left with a smile. Coming from NYC this place is a godsend of late night eateries. "Salt" at the table included shows the authenticity 😁
I ordered from here because I function on a nocturnal schedule and it was one of the only spots open on Christmas Eve night (well, technically Christmas day since I ordered after midnight)! Got General Tso's bean curd and BOGO egg drop soup. The general tso's bean curd-- SO good! And so generous with the portion, chock full. I'm not a vegetarian but enjoy the food, and this is one of the best takes I've had. I don't like heavily battered stuff, this was perfect for me. Basically tasted like tofu with a cooked skin. It came with three pieces of steamed broccoli, I wish there was more broccoli but that wasn't included in the item description, so, fair enough. It also came with what the description said was a, "small," box of rice but I would describe it more as medium since I've definitely
Tried this place for the first time just now because it was open late on ubereats. Never again. I ordered an orange chicken for me and a shrimp & broccoli for my girl and it was horrible. Sauce for the shrimp/broccoli was sour and nasty and the orange chicken tasted old & dry. Shrimp wasn’t even seasoned.
Listen. This place is great Chinese food. Service is what it is. They serve great food and are open later than anyone around. First time I'm DC an dim glad this was one of very few options available at 1AM. Highly recommend if looking for good Chinese food.
Went here on a Saturday night with my buddies and we all got noodle soup! Beef brisket, roasted duck and ox tail, asked for thick noodles and it was SOOO good. All three broths were on point and all three meats were juicy and tender. Definitely try these dishes.
