Jack's Family Restaurant

We love Jack’s for breakfast! Sausage biscuit is so good. We love the Friday morning crew! They have our order memorized ☺️ Recent renovations are very nice and the restaurant is clean. Parking lot is also clean, thanks to the gentleman that is ALWAYS working hard.

Horrible food and lacking in friendliness. I was there a couple weeks ago and had great milkshakes. Went today and had a horrible experience. Both milkshakes were so thin they were like soup. The big jack was cold, patties burned and cheese wasn't even melted. Ketchup on burger though I asked for none. And so many onions! Couldn't even eat the burger. The fried chicken was semi cold and lacked flavor. The biscuit was good though but a good biscuit out of all we ordered being the only edible item is crazy. I paid nearly $25 for this meal. Definitely would not recommend to anyone based on today's visit.

Jack’s has always been our go to fast food restaurant. The one in Carrollton used to be really great but I think management or something has changed because now the fries always taste like the oil is old. We have tried 2 different times to eat there this month and it has been the same. Also our biscuit meat was horrible! My chicken tastes like old oil and my husbands smoked sausage was so small. We will not be back to this location.

Delicious chicken. Not so great slaw, awesome biscuit. Good iced tea. Really nice dining room with round tables as well as others and a fireplace and one tv. I don't like places where you can see 6 things at once. The price is unbeatable.

I find Jack’s a better alternative to Burger King or McDonald’s because they serve a better burger and their dinner menu is more than just a copy of the lunch menu. Our local Jack’s has the best employees in this town.
