Jack's Family Restaurant

The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is always clean and neatly kept. This is quickly becoming our favorite dinner date. The restrooms are spotless everytime.

We were staying next door in a hotel and decided to give Jack's a try. We passed them all the time but I have never stopped. We ordered it in the room and then went next door and picked it up. When we got back to the room we found the burgers to be very delicious! I put it with Wendy's, In-N-Out Burger, etc. The place was spotless and service was friendly and quick..

12/21/2025: ⚜️FOOD⚜️ 🔹️This was our very 1st visit to Jack's and definitely our LAST🤢 🔹️We ordered a sausage biscuit, chicken biscuit and 2 hashbrowns 🔹️Biscuits are small (see my pics) 🔹️Hashbrowns taste like they were fried in week old grease 🔹️My adult daughter found a LONG HAIR in her biscuit, so I absolutely did NOT bother biting into mine 🤮 🔹️I removed the smoked sausage and found it to be completely TASTELESS; My daughter stated the same about her chicken🙄 🔹️We throwed it ALL AWAY and went somewhere else to eat as we were preparing to hit the highway heading north ⚜️CUSTOMER SERVICE⚜️ 🔹️The young lady at the window was not very welcoming, she seem more annoyed than anything, which is weird as it was 10 in the morning- Why did you come to work with that attitude 🤬 ⚜️CONCLUSION⚜️ 🔹

First time at a Jack's. It was a really good burger, fresh and tasty and exactly how i ordered it! Fast and they have me a free burger with purchase for downloading the app! Yay! Thanks Jack's!

I tried this place out, I've never seen or been to a Jack's, like ever. So I had to try them out. Service was great, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt. They said they were known for their fried chicken, so that's what I tried. I ordered a three piece, you get 2 sides drink not included. I got the coleslaw, which was great, it's was the creamy style. I also ordered their mashed potatoes and gravy, which was super surprisingly good. The potatoes were firm, not like a Swanson tv dinner. Gravy was thick and delicious. The fried chicken breading was flaky and crunchy, excellent. The chicken itself was juicy. I recommend people try this place.
