Jack's Family Restaurant

We have had the pleasure of eating here 2 days in a row, and both the food and customer service were excellent. The manager (didn’t catch her name) was very friendly. She also had music playing and kept an upbeat atmosphere for the staff. We had one small issue that she remedied immediately. The hostess, Jamie, was very friendly and attentive. She refilled our drinks on the first day and recognized us instantly on the second day and continued to be helpful. 5 ⭐️

They are more worried about speed then making the food right. My biscuit was hanging out the side of the Togo box and gravy pouring out the sides. Also half filled the LG hashrounds. This is not a 1 time thing it happens all the time. Good tastes great but they are getting sloppy when putting it together

Mrs. Joyce was such a blessing. The manager has been working there for 20 plus years and she is an absolute superstar and kind. Her smile and tone are exemplary everyday. She goes out of her way to always ask how I am doing and she truly cares. She’s the reason breakfast tastes so good at Jacks each morning.

Don't like fast food but this was different and it was good and the lady with the beautiful hairstyle waited on us and I would go back when I come this way
