Jack's Family Restaurant

Stopped in Jacks this morning for coffee and a breakfast wrap meal. Hashbrowns were cold, no cream or sugar for coffee. Server was very short and cold. The wrap was almost empty. A piece of bacon and slice of cheese very little egg. I would t recommend a breakfast here

Ordered online through the app. The food that was right was okay, but nothing to write home about. 1: Ordered fries and biscuit as sides for the meal, got no fries and 2 biscuits. Might have been fine with that if I was asked, but I will never return to any restaurant that decides how I spend my money for me. 2: It was lunch time, they were busy, which is fine. Online pickup station was empty 15 minutes past pickup time. I'm standing there with my phone in my hands looking for my order like all the signage tells me to, have to wait for 6 people to be served in front of me for them to tell me I should've just gotten in the line like a normal customer to get my food. 3: Inside was dimly lit and they had an obviously sick employee handling people's food when law requires restaurant man

they are really sweet people and i love coming here. susan is a good person and she is so sweet to talk to. the best!

Anytime I've visited this place they have been wonderful. Susan was an absolute pleasure to deal with tonight. Great food.

The breakfast is excellent and the price is great. I usually get the breakfast special with eggs, bacon, grits, gravy, and biscuit. Fried chicken is good and my husband likes the burgers. Delicious. We will be back. We went again on 2/3/25 and everything was delicious. We will return.
