Online order was seamlessly simple. Of course my ORDER was PLACED WELL BEFORE A.M. 'RUSH HOUR' , SOoo . . . ( ! ? ) All in all, candidly speaking, POSITIVELY : YES, SERVICE WAS GREAT; In hindsight : The crew could OBVIOUSLY USE AN EXTRA HAND ON HIRE / SHIFT. Possible employee missing bcz drive thru orders shown taxing on shift. Great job this morning Jackson Jack's Crew. Great food! ❣️👍

Imagine going to Jack’s for the first time and they already mess up your order. I paid extra for add-ons and specific customizations, only to open my food and see that it was made incorrectly. I was charged for items that were either missing or done the exact opposite of what I requested. If I’m paying for bacon, cheese, and modifications, I expect them to actually be on the burger — not ignored. This wasn’t a complicated order, and I even ordered online to avoid mistakes. Instead, I wasted money and ended up disappointed before even taking my first bite. For a first impression, this was terrible. If you’re going to charge customers for add-ons, make sure the order is right. I shouldn’t have to double-check my food every time, especially when I’m paying extra.

I would give no stars if I could! I came in here to get 4 chicken biscuits and they all were not done my younger brother which is 6 not knowing any better ate his so I’m hoping he doesn’t get sick they are so worried about getting orders out gonna kill somebody this is unacceptable!

This was my very first time going to a Jack’s and I was impressed with food and service. This restaurant recently opened in west Jackson. People talk about west Jackson but there are still decent restaurants etc and it’s very safe during the day and in some places at night. So don’t believe the hype about it all being bad. The food was delicious!! I went a 2nd time and had salad which it was fresh but they use iceberg lettuce which has absolutely no nutritional value. The food is definitely better than the salad. There is a cream and shake area that’s very nice. The restaurant has TV’s and is decorated very nice. There is very easy access from Ellis Ave and hey 80. Plenty of free parking and the drive through is very nice. The prices of food is very reasonable compared to other restaurants

My hubby and I really love the food here! It’s southern hospitality at it’s finest with that southern flavor you can’t resist!
