the staff here is great. very awesome women who care about the people who come here. their services are extremely cheap & they allow you to pay at your own pace. they’re very attentive and have caught things most doctors would not! I’m glad I have them. Definitely would recommend :)

Completely unprofessional. waited forty five minutes after the appointment time to finally call us back when we were the only ones there. You think they would be prepared for their appointment since the appointment was made two weeks prior.

Went to take my daughter to get her shots for school. The lady at the front desk is very nice but I can't say the same for the nurse. My daughter had an appointment that should have been in and out but took 2 hours because the nurse wanted to argue about weather or not my daughter could get the ones she needed based off of insurance after she was told multiple times she could. She is also not easy with children. She was constantly says "shots" and telling my daughter she was going to get shots ( most nurses know this can make children nervous and upset them, which is why my daughter was crying even before she got them) She did not try to be gentle with my daughter at all. She pretty much just jabbed it in her arm. My daughter was Instantly complaining about her arm hurting and 10 hrs late

This place is a complete waste of time they claim they are there to help you but careless to a point where they won't never answer your phone calls or fill out a simple application like medicaid with proper attention since they are the ones who do apply for it and which has costed me 1600 dollars simply because a lady that worked there put my wrong birth date on my application while she had my legal documents on hand and will not help fix it and denies that she didn't even sign me up for that even though her signature and name is on my application and when I asked how I can address this issue other workers won't give me an answer. it is sad to admit that hard working people pay their taxes and work to pay for facilities that absolutely are careless towards them.

Grossly understaffed. Went in to get a pregnancy test done and the sweet lady at the desk straight told me that they only have ONE nurse. ONE NURSE??! How??? And that the only other time they could get me in was on the 21st. I told her straight up when I went in that I had an appointment with a gyno NEXT WEEK. Do not recommend!
