Jacob's Pickles South Norwalk

Jacob’s Pickles did not disappoint! I ordered the mushroom gravy smothered chicken with biscuits and grits and it was so good. The portions were huge, so you definitely get your money’s worth. We also tried the smash burger, which was incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to go back!

This is my second time dining here and it certainly won't be my last! Both times we found the server to be informative and attentive. The food arrived in a timely fashion, was hot and absolutely delicious! We find the menu to be unique as there's nothing like this place near where we live. We're about 45 minutes from this restaurant and yes, we drove specifically to go here. This time, though, we decided to get a dessert to share. If I remember correctly, it was called an Oreo Icebox Pie. Definitely a pie and nothing like an Icebox cake but sinfully delicious all the same. We will definitely return!

Julian was the best waiter! I sat at the bar and was overlooked and he passed by and assisted immediately! He took great care of me and checked on me often! Thanks for your efficient and effective service! My smash burger was divine !!

We were looking for a place to have an early dinner and were we surprised. By far one of the best restaurants we have been to. To start they have a flight of PICKLES and veggies. Oh my.... Never had that before on it was amazing. My wife had challah french toast topped with fried chicken, to die for.. and I had short ribs, fantastic.. the mashed potatoes were perfect. To end our wonderful dining experience we shared an oreo cookie icebox cake. WOW. Can't wait to return for more.

Finally made it to try this place out. I have been missing out!!! This place is FANTASTIC!!! The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind and patient with me and my family. Miss Pam our waitress was so friendly and attentive to us and helped keep our kids happy and content. The atmosphere is simple, clean and welcoming. Not only was the quality of the food spectacular, the portions are huge! As well as being very reasonably priced. I CAN NOT wait to make another visit to this location!!! The deviled eggs are a must!!! And obviously the pickles are fantastic! I was surprised at how good their biscuits and beer were as well. Make sure to ask for Pam!! We will definitely be repeat customers!!!
