Jade Chinese Restaurant

Never been in, only ordered on Doordash but this is the best chinese food I’ve ever had. I absolutely can’t eat Panda Express anymore, that’s how good this place is. I get Chicken and Broccoli (basic, I know) but lord it’s so well prepared, never had any gross pieces of chicken, and the sauce is SO good. And they pack the containers FULL, so I get 2-3 meals out of the one entree and fried rice. This is some truly good food.

I think the majority of their business is takeout. Which I have done and the food is EXCELLENT. One of the few places around serving duck. My atmosphere rating is mainly because since most of the business is takeout, internal decorating is at a minimum. Not dirty or anything, but just a room with tables. Still, the food is very good, so that's not but so important.

The most bland Chinese food I have ever experienced in my life. And for the price you would think it had flavor.

I've had some pretty mah Chinese food in my travels, and I travel quite a bit. But not once have I felt compelled to write a review about any of it. But this is garbage is on another level. I'm not sure if the process of making mediocre Chinese food, but I would just assume it was pre-made from some company, and some old guy was in the back heating it up. That's why all mediocre Chinese food is all kinda about the same. But now I'm not so sure. Because of it all came from a company, it would already be seasoned, right? But none of the 3 items I ordered had any flavor. None. As in, none at all. It was bizarre. It had the texture of what I ordered, but that's it. I'm really not sure how that's even possible. Ok, to be fair, maybe they just forgot to put the teriyaki sauce on the beef teriyak

This is the second time we have gotten take out from this establishment. Each time we have been shorted on appetizers. Both times we called and complained. The first time they said they would "take care of it.". Not sure what that meant, but we tried again. Tonight, we were short our steamed dumplings, much to our dismay. We called the restaurant to let them know that this has happened twice in a row in 2 weeks. The woman that we spoke to was very argumentative. She claimed she had checked our takeout bag herself, and she "knew" that the order was complete. She basically said that we were lying about the fact that our order was not properly. She continued to claim she was right and we were wrong. She made no apology for it. And again basically said we were lying. Two photos are attached.
