Jade Palace

My family has been ordering from jade palace for at least 10 years. They have always been consistent and great, but you can’t serve me raw meat and refuse to give me a refund for food I literally can’t eat. I ordered several things that were fine except for the beef sticks. I called them and they said they could not give me a refund. I said I can send you pictures or literally come there so you can see that’s it’s raw. They said no that all they could do is give me a discount on my next order. Yeah, no thanks. If you had properly refunded me I would have continued to eat there. It’s a shame

The food at Jade Palace is incredible! Food use to be so so but now it is amazing. My son and my girlfriend likes it better than Peeking Pavilion which regarded as high end and expensive. Great job Jade Palace! Keep up the great food. I am not rating the atmosphere because we only do take out. Alex Freehold

This is my favorite Chinese food. Their dumplings are so delicious and homemade. Very unique and delicious General Tso’s chicken. They also go above and beyond for their customers.

Soup little salty but wontons were very good, dumplings were great sesame chicken was good not sure where all the bad reviews come from

Jade palace is our go to Chinese food in our area. Big fans of their lo mein especially.
