Jalapeño Mexican Grill

I get a burrito here once or twice a week. They're only a little more than $11 and each one is easily two meals. Best deal in the Skyway. I switch between the carnitas (pork) and the chicken, but I think the carnitas is probably my favorite. Also, the ladies here are pleasant and chatty.

Tacos are kind of bad given how much you're paying for them... They didn't even warm up the tortillas, which got all soggy once they put meat onto them and then broke when I tried to pick them up. The meat was alright but had no seasoning, no taste at all. I asked for a margarita expecting them to make it on the spot, instead I ended up paying 10 dollars for a pre-made margarita on tap 🤨 Overall it looks like they're putting no effort into making the food or the drinks, but then charge you a lot of money for it 🤷

The cheese quesadilla was tasty. The skyways in downtown Minneapolis during a weekday lunch is other-worldly: casual business dress, thin crowds, suburban mall vibe and limited access points to cut down on the craziness rom the street.

Tried them for the first time today. Great tacos. Lots of options. Very professional staff, especially the cashier. Will be going back often. Wish they had a website.

Really delicious food! Similar to Chipotle in concept but so much better! Less crowded, lots of place to sit.
