Jamaican Delight

Ever since Patrick retired the food has gone crazy downhill. I have been. eating hete for 10+ years. I have attached photos of a large curried goat for $18. look at that tiny portion. The last time I ordered I got half hard rice. What happened? Pat come back

The food taste has changed since Patrick left and is sooo gross under this new management... the patty was also stale and not flaky...the guy was picking his ears while taking out the food... very unsanitary... the prior review was accurate despite what management responded telling the individual they were wrong (poor customer response trying to tell the person they were wrong about their experience). The food price has increased and the serving portion is less... def will not be going back!

The food was good but I agree with everyone that says the portions are small I paid about 30 dollars got a plate full of rice but only got 5 pieces of oxtail, I asked for oxtail gravy on my rice and they put none.

Ever since the new management started, the food portions have been a rip-off. I go to the other Jamaican spot, a large curry goat is $12 bucks, and you get half rice and half meat. I go to this place and order the same thing. I open the box, and what do I see? A giant container full of 75% rice and a few chunks of meat, on top of that, they charge me $20. So I have a choice to make. Do I pay $20 for a container of rice? Or do I pay $12 for half rice, half meat? I'm sorry I'm not spending no $20 for a bunch of rice that I can make at home for $2. If I knew I would be paying for a rice buffet, I would have gone across the street to Toco Bell. It just financially makes no sense, so yeah, not going back. Literal waist of money by definition.

Good place to take out meal for lunch/dinner. It comes with lots of rice, some veggies (mostly lettuce) and good amount of meat. The oxtail tastes really good, its soft and tender. The jerk chicken is not as good, it’s little over cooked, the sauce makes it spicier. Tried the patties too, they are okay. They also sell other stuff like bread, Jamaican sodas, cakes and few more.
