Bad online experience and trying to get a hold of someone at this location. This place doesn't answer the phone. Not all the ingredients are listed on the menu when you order online. They do come up after you hit purchase and come up on the receipt emailed to you. I'm lactose intolerant. I scoured every inch of the menu page before I hit purchase. I found a separate area on the site that indicated the use of dairy in the bowl that I ordered. I called the location the second I noticed the ingredient on my receipt but no one picked up the phone. Now I'm out $20 since I had this delivered. :(

Been to this location three times. First experience was fine. second time, waited about 15 mins for a smoothie when I was literally the only customer there in the morning, finally got my smoothie which they made super watery/running (what what a smoothie is), waited 5-10 mins for them to get it right. And today, went to get a smoothie but employees had the door locked even though there was 15-20 mins to close. Why say business hours until 8 when you close doors before that?

It was so nice to see a smoothie shop when checking out the shopping mall areas around this location. Parking was easy to find. Staff greeted me when I entered and made my drink as ordered, which tasted amazing. Wish there was one closer to my house. Location looked clean and I would stop here again when in the area.

So disappointed, I'm a pregnant women and I am making my way home from a 2 hour drive. I drove 20 min out of the way and when I walked up there was a girl was closing the jamba juice at 2:00pm.... she said because they are short staff....and its only 1 person...How many staff does it take to make smoothies? I'm so sad

Dont go here unless you wanna wait 10+ minutes for an order. Walked in with bells on the door and waited 5+ minutes and no one came to take my order. Waited another 5 mins while i was jingling my keys and saying hello and no response. I even called the store and very clearly heard the phone ring with no response. They need to set a bell out or have someone be at the counter.
