The lady with the long brown fluffy hair is extremely rude and even lied to me about a so called random test which my p/o did not even order, this lady just took it upon herself, my p/o did not order any extra test. This woman saw my medical card and tried to get me to self admit as if I'm doing something I should not be doing, she tried to legitimately get me a probation violation this is just the latest rude and unnecessary behavior I have experienced, don't get me started on when I paid with a 50 and if it wasn't for her partner the guy with shoulder length hair(none of the people wear name tags) her brain would have combusted, we need more professional people running these facilities, as most of us are doing this to remain free and not locked up, I feel like this woman has and would j

Oh gosh where do i start? I've been on probation twice, the first time my testing was done through oakland county Results. This time i have the DISpleasure of going to Jams.. overall they have a positive and friendly demeanor, but the majority of employees here seem to like the idea of making people wait. if you let slip that you're in any kind of hurry you may find yourself waiting an extra 10 minutes. If two people working here is not enough to get the job done in a timely manner I'm sure they make enough money off of us probationers to have a third person on duty.

Best jams hands down! In and out smooth, quick, and nice employees. Never had any issues the year I went here.

The older lady that works there has no idea what she is doing I went to blow this morning and told her I'd be back in pm to pee test and she just straight up told me no.. almost made me miss a drop

My experience here is awesome everyone is so nice I never have a problem here mark is really really nice and I haven't heard one bad thing about this place ❤️
