Jason's Deli

We enjoy this place and regularly stop here when in this part of the Triad. Good food, portions match the price, the mister loves the salad bar. Can't argue with getting finish off with a soft serve cone included with your meal when you dine in. Staff is usually nice, sometimes the cashiers could be a bit more friendly, can be kind of brusque. Pic is the Texas style potato and a half reuben in the background. Usually get two meals out of an entree.

This place is truly consistent Everytime I come! The food is always good and staff always pleasant and helpful. They keep it clean and have a nice salad bar as well! It’s always nice when being quick to have a consistent, good meal as well! Just as good as the location I used to frequent in Florida!

Times must be hard for Mr. Jason. I’ve seen cleaner floors in truck stop men’s rooms. Folks slipping and sliding on grease, grime, food embedded in the grout. The salad bar is unkempt - looked like a pig trough. The soft drink fountain was on the fritz. They made my order wrong twice. No salt or pepper on each table - several piled up in the back by the salad bar, most almost empty and zero pepper to be found anywhere. Just an overall awful experience.

I hate that I have to write this because I’ve always received the best service at the one in Greensboro. I came in to place a to go order at 9pm. They close at 10pm. When I got there, there was no greeting. There were a lot of workers up front, every single one looked my way and said nothing to the point where I looked at the door to make sure they close at 10. Finally someone came out of the kitchen and looked at me, checked her self phone to see the time and walked up and asked me how I was doing. I asked her the correct closing time bc no one greeted me when I walked in and I stood up there for almost 8-10 minutes with everyone ignoring me. She said nothing but what can I get you. Had no apologies or comment about that. When I got my food, they called my name and said nothing to me. I

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Manager was a joy to chat with at this Hall Mall location. Busy as you would expect bc it was lunchtime. I got the salad bar and co-worker I can't remember their order. It was delicious and this is my second time visiting this location. Just visited again last week Oct 17, 2024. Manager help me choose what to eat. I was truly surprised and happy with her choice. Especially since I'm vegan and didn't want the same old salad.
