Jason's Froyo

I loved the fro yo! All the flavors are very interesting. It is soft, flavorful and not too sweet. I am not sure about the service tho, I didn’t really interact with them.

The frozen yogurt is excellent here. Many great flavors to indulge in, and always super-fresh and delicious! Jason is good people and treats his employee's and customers well.

Terrible customer service experience. First off, clerk who I’m assuming is the owner, “Jason”, was the most obnoxious grump who needs to relax and take a business course. Looking at these reviews, not surprised that I’m not the first with a bad experience. To paint the picture, I’m just a guy coming in to get a small midnight snack of froyo for myself and a friend and at checkout, creates a whole scene “because I’m too stupid to understand”. Sorry I was WILLINGLY ready to pay the $10 (since I didn’t meet the minimum $5 a cup which is already silly), guess the trash tonight has more to eat than your desire to make a profit off of less froyo sold. Not really sure why you’d cut out a customer base who doesn’t want more than $5 of froyo at a given time, maybe forgetting that you’re in a colleg

I had a very bad experience with the owner. Went in for a midnight snack. There was a stack of bags on the counter and grabbed one for my items I purchased. He continued to inform me that I didn’t really need a bag for my three items and proceeded to belittle me. Simply for taking a bag from the stack he had on the counter. And then told me that it was so unfounded. And also commented on the peace sign on the back of my sweatshirt as I politely exited the building. Saying “you’re wearing a Peace sign on your shirt that’s even worse.“ Terrible service experienced personal. Will not be returning!!!

I’ve never had a problem with this deli but tonight I bought a juul and 2 refills which I asked for twice. I arrived home to find only juul refill pack in my bag. I can not verify the purchase because I didn’t get a receipt and it won’t show up in my back statement for at least 2 days so I have no recourse. Sept 16
