Java Espress

This place is hit or miss and after several misses I won't be going back. For example last time I went the girl taking the order was hardly listening and seemed to be annoyed just be there. Then we get our drinks not one but both of them were wrong. We ordered a hot coffee and blended coffee. The blended coffee was missing the syrups I ordered and the hot coffee wasn't even coffee, it was hot chocolate. For $6 drinks and a tip it's too expensive to be messing up orders 50% of the time. Plus I don't like how they ask for a tip before they've even made your drink.

This is our go-to place for coffee in Poky! They stay open late , and if you live in Poky, you know how hard it is to find a place that stays open late 😅 The staff is super sweet and usually has our order memorized when they see us. They're always happy to make recommendations and never make us feel rushed; even when we come through with our family of 7.

Every time I order here they seem annoyed to have to make my drink. Half the time they don't make it right, especially when I ask for alternative milk, they make it with regular milk. I would not recommend going here if you want your drink made correctly, especially if you have lactose intolerance.

While traveling we stopped for coffee. My husband always gets a hot drip coffee. I noticed after about 10 minutes that with every sip he would make a ummm noise. I said you must really like that coffee. He said it was the BEST coffee he’d ever had. They somehow made it frothy and creamy. He like it so much that we drove an extra 20 miles just to go there again and again. The customer service was excellent and every barista was sweet & kind. They even thanked us for stopping by - you don’t get a lot of that anymore. Thank You! :) for hiring great people & for producing amazing Java. I got the mocha latte & again, it was stellar! Keep up the good work!

The first time I've ever had one of their muffin tops and let me tell you it is one of the best I've ever had Go out there and get that banana nut muffin top oh God it's so good obviously their coffee's always good
