Quiet, busy and good. I am glad we found this place. A chain breakfast restaurant is nearby, but we wanted to try something local. I had the vegetarian omelet and was pleasantly surprised. It was heavily flavored with herbs. The cherry tomatoes were still a little chilled even though roasted. Not overly salty. One of the best vegetarian omelets I have ever had. I liked how quiet the restaurant was was even though there was a constant flow of customers. Be patient. It is worth the wait for the very nice staff to prepare your order.

Jax Bread Co has a great local vibe, and I really want to see them succeed. The day-old bagels were perfect for the price and definitely worth grabbing. Some items felt a bit pricey for me (especially $3 soda can and $8 small coffee), but that’s understandable given today’s economy. I’ll be back to try more... just maybe as a special payday treat rather than an everyday stop. Wishing them all the best.

Nice breakfast place. The cold brew was delicious, haven't had one for a quite some time this good. We shared a sourdough bread breakfast with eggs and spinach. It was very good although we both thought the bread was too greasy. Very nice staff. Overall great experience!

$34 for 5 pastries just arrived home to taste these supposedly fresh these are days old! Just for one pastry was nine dollars and ninety nine cents, that was the almond croissant. Overall, all these pastries were not worth 34. $, and they're 2 days old. I tried putting them in the oven to give them some kind of crisp. They're just gooey and partially burnt.

Delish. The African sweet bread is amazing. They have a Asiago everything bagel - my prayers have been answered. The avocado toast thing is wonderful, same with the breakfast sandwich. Never had a bad thing. Owner and staff are super nice.
