Absolutely love this food truck. It is the best spiced fried chicken and seasoned fries. They're always so friendly and down to earth. I wish they had longer hours that they were open. And even a brick-and-mortar. It might seem price a little bit high but the flavor is incredible and worth it. Dave hot chicken ain't shit compared to this....

WOW! Best food truck in Jax. High quality delicious chicken served up quick. The loaded fries are legit. Simple menu and every meal is packed with flavor. Can’t wait for this business to expand because I know they are going places. Pretty fair prices for a food truck.

Jax Hot Chicken was absolutely delicious. I’m so glad I got the chance to try it . The seasoning on the fries is wayyy better than the one in the town center . Plus they were so close to my house . I got my order in less than 2 minutes. Great atmosphere and great service . I recommend it to everyone . If anyone wants to know what time they open , make sure to follow them on instagram , they usually open from 1pm - 6pm . Thanks Jax Hot Chicken .

Hands down, the best hot chicken! I've eaten a number of places in Nashville and had other hot chicken, but this place reigns as the winner. The portions are huge, and everything tastes amazing! I accidentally stumbled upon it while searching for a place to eat. When I pulled up, I saw a food truck and wasn't expecting much, to be honest. I was wrong. This place puts must brick and mortar restaurants to shame. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking out. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

In all honesty, pretty good food. The chicken was very juicy and overall a great sandwich. Fries good at first but after a few bites you start feeling like a pack of sugar. I’ve never said this but maybe too seasoned???? Others may really love it but I wasn’t the biggest fan. Their signature sauce is good. Overcharged us for ranch. Fairly priced for what you get. It’s a great first try and I highly recommend all of Jacksonville to try it out but I don’t know if I could eat this daily.
